To initiate a request, simply reach out to us at hello@atozza with a detailed description and accompanying photos of the issue, along with your order number. We will promptly respond with the next steps.

Consideration for normal wear and tear

If a product exhibits signs of natural wear and tear due to extensive usage, it might not qualify for complimentary repair or replacement. We meticulously evaluate all items and offer an impartial assessment of the situation. In such instances, we can provide a repair service for a nominal fee.

The Lifetime Warranty specifically pertains to stainless steel and S925 silver jewelry, and certain conditions may either invalidate or fall outside the scope of the warranty:

• Damage from chemical exposure
• Surface scratches
• Usual wear from usage
• pH-related reactions
• Accidental breakage
• Loss or theft of items

Additional considerations

Any modification to the product or alteration of its components renders the warranty null and void.

Complete replacements are only permitted once per purchased product; nevertheless, we are committed to addressing any future repair needs for the remainder of its lifespan.

Charges for collection and shipping

If the purchase was made within the last 6 months, we cover all expenses associated with transporting the item to our workshop and returning it to you post-repair. Shipping costs may apply after this period, but we can collaborate with you to explore the most economical options.
